Users are encouraged to independently verify all information before engaging with any listed business. BestofUtah.com is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in listing data, whether such data was submitted by a business owner, imported from third-party sources, or generated programmatically.

4. Business Listing Rights

Business owners and authorized representatives have the following rights regarding their listings:

Claim: Business owners may claim their listing by submitting a claim request and verifying their relationship to the business.
Update: Once a listing is claimed and verified, owners may update their business information, including contact details, descriptions, and media.
Delete: Business owners may request the permanent removal of their listing from the directory. Removal requests are processed by our team and, once completed, the business will be added to our internal do-not-list registry to prevent future re-listing without the owner's consent.
